CalmConnect Portfolio provides professional web development services, specifically:

• Essential Portfolio: A clean, responsive portfolio website with basic SEO and professional design, starting at ₹20,000.
• Premium Portfolio: Advanced portfolio with custom animations, dark mode, blog CMS integration, and premium SEO, starting at ₹40,000.
• Agency Platform: Multi-practitioner firm websites with team showcases, client portals, and booking integrations, starting at ₹60,000.
• Custom Web Application: Fully tailored web platforms with custom backend, dashboard analytics, and complex architecture, starting at ₹1,20,000.

All services include design, development, testing, and deployment. Ongoing support and maintenance terms are agreed upon separately for each project.

When you create an account on CalmConnect Portfolio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Project pricing is based on the selected service package and any additional customizations agreed upon
• A non-refundable deposit may be required before the commencement of work, as communicated during project onboarding
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before the website is deployed to production
• Pricing for ongoing hosting, domain registration, and maintenance (if applicable) will be communicated separately

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the custom website design and content created specifically for their project
• CalmConnect Portfolio retains the right to use project screenshots and descriptions in its portfolio showcase, unless a confidentiality agreement is in place
• Third-party libraries, frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React), and assets used in development remain under their respective licenses
• The CalmConnect Portfolio brand, logo, and platform design remain the intellectual property of CalmConnect Portfolio
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content (text, images, logos) they provide for their website

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• CalmConnect Portfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service
• We are not responsible for website downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or external service dependencies
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, client acquisition numbers, or search engine rankings from the websites we create

When using our platform and services, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in service requests or account creation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our internal systems
• Interfere with the platform's functionality or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our website

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Continued use of our platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
